drywall ceiling question

I am beginning to debate putting in a drywall ceiling to save height and up

the resale value. Would that be a good idea? Also, the only thing l can

think of that I will need access to is the junction box that goes to the

allow access for that? Would l have to just build a frame around the stuff

Depending on where you live and what room your doing You MUST

have access to valves and junction boxes.

Have you thought of a dropped cealing with panels you can remove and or
